Why the Bluetooth Headset Cannot Be Found on a Mobile Phone?
1. Verify that the Bluetooth earphone is powered on and the battery level is sufficient.
2. Verify that the earphone is within the valid range (10 m).
3. Ensure that the earphone can be found only after the Discovery Mode function is enabled.
Note: The operation methods for enabling the detectable mode of Bluetooth headsets of different brands are different. Refer to the corresponding user manual or contact ZTE technical support.
4. If the searched earphone is already in the matched device list (or has been connected to another mobile phone), cancel the matching in Bluetooth settings, and re-search for the connection.
5. Restart the Bluetooth earphone, and try again.
6. Enable Bluetooth again, and try searching again.
