Initial Use

Preparing the Nano SIM Card

Please first prepare a 4G network Nano SIM card and ensure that:

①　The caller identification function is activated;

②　4G internet access is enabled. If it's a new SIM card, please install it in your mobile phone first or activate it at the service center.

Installing the Nano SIM Card

①　Ensure the watch is powered off;

②　Remove the card tray using the card ejector;

③　Place the SIM card with the chip facing upwards into the card tray, aligning it with the notch;

④　Insert the card tray (with the SIM card securely fitted) into the card slot.

Power Button Instructions

①　In the off state, press and hold to turn on the watch;

②　On the main interface, press to turn off/light up the screen;

③　In other interfaces, press to return to the main interface;

④　Press and hold for 5 seconds to trigger an SOS alarm.

Downloading and Installing the APP

①　Downloading

Method 1: Scan the "QR code" during the setup wizard, download the app, and install it;

Method 2: Scan the "QR code" below, download the app, and install it;

Method 3: Scan the "QR code" in the watch's app list for downloading.

②　Registration and Login

Follow the instructions in the app to register an account and log in correctly.

③　Binding the APP Account to the Watch

After logging into the app, navigate to "Bind Watch" and scan the "Bind Watch" QR code in the watch's app list to complete the binding.

Binding and Activating Your New Children's Watch

In the ZTE Children's Watch APP, locate the "+" sign in the upper right corner of the "Tinychat" or "My" interface, select "Add Watch", scan the QR code or manually enter the binding number (found on the watch and packaging box), and follow the prompts. Multiple watches can be bound using the same process.

Note: Up to 9 watches can be bound.
